What to expect
Claude authenticates by sending a login code to your address every time you sign in on a new device, so the address is not a one-off formality — it is the account. Anthropic filters known temp-mail domains during signup, and any address that survives becomes a single point of failure once the mailbox expires. A temporary inbox only makes sense here if you intend to use the session once and never return to it.
If you decide to try it

- Paste it into the signup form for Anthropic Claude.
- Watch the inbox — messages appear on their own within seconds of delivery.

The honest caveat
