The default lifetime is 60 minutes. The countdown on the home page is authoritative.

No. Messages and attachments are deleted, not archived. There is no backup.

No. Every inbox is receive-only, deliberately. There is no compose or reply function.

Not in this version. Random addresses stop people claiming or guessing each other's inboxes.

Many services maintain blocklists of known disposable domains. If a form rejects the address, that site has chosen not to accept disposable mail. See the guide on why websites block temporary email.

Yes, within a size limit. Attachments are stored outside the web root and served as forced downloads. Nothing is previewed or executed.

Not currently. If advertising is added later it will appear in content areas only — never around the inbox, inside messages, or alongside mailbox controls.

The inbox keeps running on the server until it expires. Closing the tab does not delete it. When you reopen the tab in the same browser, the session cookie reconnects you to the same inbox automatically.

No. Once an address expires it is permanently retired and never re-issued. Any mail sent to it after expiry is discarded.

The service accepts inbound mail only. You cannot send email from a temporary inbox, reply to a message, or compose anything. This is intentional — a send-capable temporary address would immediately attract abuse.

Access requires a secret token stored in a cookie in your browser. The address alone is not enough to read the inbox through the API. In practice, your inbox is not publicly browsable — but a disposable address is not a private communications channel. Do not use it for anything sensitive.

Yes. The interface is designed to work on mobile browsers without a native app. Inbox polling, message viewing and attachment downloads all work on mobile.

A keyed hash of your network address is used for rate limiting and abuse detection. Raw IP addresses are not stored. See the privacy page for full details.

No. Never register a banking, government, healthcare or work account with a temporary address. When the inbox expires, your only password-reset path is gone. Use a permanent address for any account with real-world consequences.
